Our next step is to raise the funds needed to do the foundation for the clinic.  In Honduras, this involves digging the trenches for each wall, cutting rebar and constructing the numerous pillars and framework, building wood forms, strategically adding rocks in the trenches, mixing enormous amounts of cement by hand, pouring that cement.
